One wand, one pensieve,every machine.
accio is the agent setup I use every day: wand carries my agents and tools, pensieve carries what I know. Clone both, run one install, and any Mac I sit at already has my context.
The pensieve is my take on Andrej Karpathy’s LLM Wiki idea: keep raw sources, let the model compile them into a linked wiki, and query the wiki instead of re-reading everything. The idea is his — the plumbing (and the mistakes) are mine.
Tools in one place, knowledge in another.
wand stores tools, not knowledge. pensieve is a private LLM wiki that wand points at — it never copies my notes into the tool repo. That split means I can share the kit without leaking what’s in my head.

The memory
Six steps, every source.
Nothing lands in the wiki by accident. Every source goes through the same path, and every note links back to where it came from.
- 01CaptureOwner say save. Hedwig store original in Raw. No edit.
Only when I ask. The original is kept untouched as a raw source.
- 02GateDumbledore vet source. IN or OUT + reasons.
Every source gets a verdict. OUT stays in Raw for me to decide.
- 03IngestIN source → focused wiki notes. Each note link source.
The source is compiled into searchable notes that trace back to where they came from.
- 04CleanupLint frontmatter, wikilinks, terms. Rebuild catalog + index.
A pre-commit hook and CI run the same gate, so a broken note never lands.
- 05Fresh checkFriday: Ron flag stale. Hermione verify. PR. Owner approve.
Stale notes get evidence-backed proposals, checked twice. Nothing changes until I approve.
- 06Upstreamwand upgrade → new scripts, schema, tooling. Notes untouched.
Third-party tools are pinned to commits and only update after I review the diff.
Agents ask the wiki, not me.
When a question needs my own context, the lookup searches metadata first, returns five ranked matches and reads only the sections that matter — it never preloads the whole index. I pick how much access the tools get: off, on-request or auto, and the setting travels with the kit.
Eight agents, one job each.
A brief tour. How they’re prompted and wired stays in the repo — the short version is that reviewers can only read, and nothing pushes without me.

Less re-explaining, more building.
New machine, same brain
Clone wand and pensieve, run the installer, and the same agents, tools and hooks are live. A git pull keeps every machine in step.
No more context dumps
Agents look up my own notes on demand, so I stop pasting the same background into every session.
Notes that don’t rot
The Friday review flags stale notes with evidence. Nothing changes until I approve it in a PR.
Updates I can trust
